Description
Jacob M. Babu, MD, MHA, is dual-fellowship trained in spine surgery and orthopedic trauma surgery. He specializes in comprehensive spine care for adults and adolescents, offering both nonoperative treatments and advanced surgical options including minimally invasive and complex spinal reconstruction. Dr. Babu is one of the few surgeons in the state performing endoscopic spine surgery, a highly advanced, least invasive technique. He completed orthopedic surgery training and an orthopedic trauma fellowship at Brown University, followed by a spine surgery fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. His background also includes degrees in Engineering and Medicine from the Chicagoland area.
